Following the government announcement on 28th May, we are now working tirelessly to formulate a plan to reopen the practice. The safety of our patients and staff will always be of the highest priority, and consequently major changes will need to be enforced; at least in the immediate future. Any current scheduled appointments may need to be re-arranged. You do not need to call the practice; our reception team will contact you to confirm or reschedule these.

We are offering a dental triage service Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm. If you require urgent emergency dental advice or care please call us on 020 8504 5787, leave a clear message slowly stating your name, contact number and brief description of the problem at the end of this message. One of our triage dentists will call you back within 2 hours to discuss your problem. Please note the call back maybe a withheld number. Outside of these hours you are able to call the 111 service where you will also be triaged. We advise you have a look at our website

If you are currently having Invisalign treatment we advise the following:

If you have been given a series of aligners please continue to work through wearing them in the numbered sequence. We would ask you to wear each aligner for at least two weeks. This will prolong the need for further aligners until the practice is open.

If you are on your last aligner, please look after it and continue wearing this aligner until the practice is open.

If you lose your aligner please email the practice Broadway.dentalcare2@nhs.net and let us know which aligner is lost. Please go back to wearing the previous aligner to stop teeth drifting unfavourably.

Once we are back to normality the practice will call you to book further appointments.

Your treatment and care is very important to us but you will appreciate we have to follow government and dental professional guidance and maintain social distancing to reduce the impact of this virus on you, your staff and the wider community.
