The practice is now only providing a limited service and is prohibited from booking any face to face consultations and treatment appointments. This is in preparation for some of our staff members to be redeployed to different roles within the NHS to help in the fight against COVID-19. However, we are offering a telephone triage service from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

We advise you have a look at the 'Managing Toothache at Home' document below for guidance on how to manage any non-urgent dental problems during the pandemic. If your problem is urgent please call us on 020 8360 1238 and leave a clear message stating your name and contact number. One of our triage dentists will call you back ASAP to discuss your issue. We will of course do our best not to keep you waiting long.

All check-ups and treatment appointments have been cancelled and we will be rescheduling these when we are fully open and back to normality. We will contact you to reschedule these appointments nearer the time so there is no need to call the practice unless you have urgent dental problem.

If you are currently having Invisalign treatment we advise the following:

If you have been given a series of aligners please continue to work through wearing them in the numbered sequence. We would ask you to wear each aligner for at least two weeks. This will prolong the need for further aligners until the practice is open.

If you are on your last aligner, please look after it and continue wearing this aligner until the practice is open.

If you lose your aligner please email the practice Broadway.dentalcare2@nhs.net and let us know which aligner is lost. Please go back to wearing the previous aligner to stop teeth drifting unfavourably.

Once we are back to normality the practice will call you to book further appointments.

Your treatment and care is very important to us but you will appreciate we have to follow government and dental professional guidance and maintain social distancing to reduce the impact of this virus on you, your staff and the wider community.
